A client of ASD is actively seekinga Systems Analyst to join their team, located in Tallahassee, Florida. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to the Enterprise Electronic Document Management (EDMS) team. Strong customer service and communication skills are required for this position. Other responsibilities include troubleshooting and training EDMS users to ensure they understand and receive the full benefits of the EDMS implementation. Where possible, the candidate will incorporate the use of existing enterprise data by interfaces written to interact with existing Enterprise Business Systems. This support will include end user support and server management. They will be responsible for the design and development of IT systems, developing design and functional specifications, produces deliverable's related to the project(s) assigned and assists in post implementation support and system enhancements and selecting appropriate C.A.S.E. tools to develop systems and software. In addition, they will be responsible for gathering, compiling and synthesizing information with regard to technology processes or systems. The selected applicant will need to possess experience in minicomputer or client/server environments including the implementation and support of resource planning, sales automation, marketing, financial and distribution systems.Candidate will be REQUIRED to interview in-person for this position in Tallahassee, FL. Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field. Experience in a related EDMS/ECM field could be used in place of Bachelor’s Degree.
